Yes, we do! We accept: Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care. 
 

I have a high deductible plan, so what are your prices?

What if I need a referral or consultation with a specialist?
The Colorado Center For Lifestyle Medicine will send referrals for you via our electronic medical records system.
