Lifestyle medicine focuses on therapeutic lifestyle interventions as a primary modality to treat chronic conditions including, but not limited to, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, and obesity. Applying the six pillars of lifestyle medicine—a whole-food, plant-predominant eating pattern, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and positive social connections—also provides effective prevention for these conditions.
We offer: Wellness exams, physicals(adult, child, adolescent, sports, work, camp, school, DOT), acute and chronic care. The usual “I’m sick” things—Strep, Flu, RSV, COVID, urine testing… And of course, chronic disease.

We will ask you to join one of our coaching programs. Why? Because coaching offers you a way to make needed change with less pain, faster gains. With coaching you are more likely to achieve your goals and to stay with them, making them permanent. You’ll find support, camaraderie with fellow groupies, see yourself in a new way, enhance all your relationships(esp the one with yourself) and you’ll find the inner strength you’ve been missing. Life, Health & Wellness Coaching is for everyone! You will win, win, win, cus you’ll learn so much about yourself!
Our health change programs are 6 months long
So you have the support you need to not only make change but to manage your mind when it wants to go back to the “easy”, old ways of doing things. Research tells us it takes 68 days, of consistent repatterining, to make new neurological connections. So, our programs teach you the science, the emotional aspects you want to overcome, the awareness you need to notice your emotions, how to do what you need to do, and new ways to think all with unlimited support over that 6 month period.
Once you have completed the program, you get to tell us what else you need or would like to have. This is how we know what our next program will be, so you can continue your growth and enhance your wellbeing.

We provide transparent pricing for high deductible/no insurance individuals. Nothing to join. Just come in and receive the care you need.
The 6 Pillars of Health
Food is Medicine. Choose predominantly whole, plant-based foods that are rich in fiber and nutrient dense. Vegetables, fruit, beans, lentils, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
Regular and consistent physical activity that can be maintained on a daily basis throughout life - walking, gardening, push ups and lunges - is an essential piece of the optimal health equation.
Stress can lead to improved health and productivity - or it can lead to anxiety, depression, obesity, immune dysfunction and more. Helping patients recognize negative stress responses, identify coping mechanisms and reduction techniques leads to improved wellbeing.
Substance Abuse --
The well-documented dangers of any addictive substance use can increase risk for many cancers and heart disease. Positive behaviors that improve health include cessation of tobacco use and limiting the intake of alcohol.
Lack of, or poor quality sleep can lead to a strained immune system. Identify dietary, environmental, and coping behaviors to improve sleep health.
Social connectedness is essential to emotional resiliency. Studies show that isolation is associated with increased mortality. Considering a patients home and community environment improves overall health.
